Cancellations and refunds will be provided in line with our Refund Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to limit sales by region or jurisdiction.

6. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

All of our jewellery is made using fine silver and sterling silver. 

To enhance the appearance of the sea glass, we apply a light coating of baby oil (mineral oil with fragrance) to each piece. If you have sensitivities or allergies to mineral oil or fragrance, please handle with care. Upon request, we are happy to provide untreated pieces — please contact us prior to purchase.

We cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivities to materials used in our jewellery. If you have allergies, please check product descriptions or contact us before purchasing.

We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of our products.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, care, or storage of our jewellery. Please refer to our care guidelines for best practices.
