Shipping Policy

Processing and Dispatch Times 

I aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days of purchase.

Custom or personalised orders will take longer—however this will be confirmed during consultation. 

Postage Methods and Costs 

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail

Delivery options at checkout include:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Estimated 1-2 working days
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Estimated 2-3 working days
  • International Tracked - Estimated 5-7 business days

Postage costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery method and destination.

International Shipping

I currently offer international shipping to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Hong Kong and USA.

Due to GPSR regulations, I am unable to ship to countries inside of the European Union. 

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes, or handling fees upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the order total at checkout.

Customers are responsible for checking their country’s import regulations and fees before placing an order.

Customs Delays

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond my control. 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra few days in case of possible postal delays. 

If the item hasn't been delivered within the estimated delivery time plus 7 working days, please contact me at info@theglasstide.com so I can investigate further.

I cannot be held responsible for losses or delays caused by the shipping provider. 

Address Errors and Non-Deliveries 

Please ensure your postal address is correct at checkout. I cannot be held responsible for parcels that are sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to me due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer will need to cover re-delivery costs.
